Shipping policy

All shipped orders come with an email and/or message showing the tracking number. Once the order leaves our hands and movement through the USPS/UPS system starts we are no longer responsible for said order. It's the customer's responsibility to look up the tracking info with the tracking number provided and make any necessary phone calls or trips to their local post office in the event that a package is missing.
